Meeting Myke the Artist in NYC

NYC,NY During my last trip to NYC, I had the opportunity to meet and sample some tracks from city native, Myke The Artist. This soulful R & B artist has a new album available called "Chasing Paradise (Before I Found You)" which is available via iTunes, Google Play and Spotify.


Myke's extremely versatile vocals have him stand out as more than just a one trick pony. His tracks vary from head bobbing to smokey-sensual and very relaxing. In fact, I could listen to him all evening! Having been raised in music culture, Myke started out singing as a young child in his local church choir. Later he attended high school for the Performing Arts and has recently graduated college.

He writes his own lyrics and music. While his recordings often include the judicious use of Auto Tune, his vocals are pure, pitch perfect and beautiful. Take a listen to his current tracks and stop over to his Face Book Fan page
